At this point, I guess the amount of time on the blog site effects my feelings about its usefullness. We are not all responding to each other so there is no communication and so then I feel like I am talking to myself! The only time a discussion gets going is when at least two of us get together on a topic important to us. It is not that I don't see the usefullnes of this blog site, I just have not experienced it yet to much degree. Jan

  1. Don't stop writing Jan! You are not talking to yourself. I try to comment on people's blogs but I've only seen a couple comment on mine. Stop by my blog anytime!

You certainly are busy and it seems that it is taking a lot out of you. I hope that you can find out why all the muscle aches and fatigue is occurring. Stress is surely playing a role. Is there any way you can reduce the stress? Or take another approach and "feed your soul" to give yourself some strength. Pamper yourself a little. Try to find an hour or two to do something fun and fullfilling just for yourself. For me it could be anything from a bath with candles and music to packing my colored pencils up and heading for a park or a coffee shop. After a traumatic event a few years back, I learned to find strenth and peace by making time for these kinds of things. Take care, Jan
